How to obtain DFBAlab

DFBAlab is not in the public domain. However, we are glad to make it available, without charge, for both education and non-profit research purposes. For downloads please contact Shaylin Cetegen and please use your academic email for correspondence.

DFBAlab uses commercial LP solver CPLEX, Mosek and Gurobi. Academic licenses of these LP solvers are available.

Installing DFBAlab

The DFBAlab release contains three folders: Functions, Examples_DAE, and Examples_Direct. Add the Functions folder to your path in MATLAB. Once your LP solver is installed and runs in MATLAB, DFBAlab will be ready to run. Use the Examples provided as a starting point for your own simulation. Examples_DAE run faster as they implement sparse algebra and an efficient lexicographic optimization algorithm.
