We are pleased to announce that PSE Laboratory alumnus Prof. Alexander Mitsos of RWTH Aachen has won the 2016 CAST Outstanding Young Researcher Award from AIChE’s CAST Division. PSE Laboratory alumnus Prof. Joseph Scott of Clemson University is the co-recipient of the 2016 David Smith Jr. Graduate Publication Award from AIChE’s CAST Division for the paper “Generalized McCormick Relaxations” published in the Journal of Global Optimization and co-authored with Matthew Stuber and Paul Barton. Congratulations!
